Sunshine is probably a lot of nostalgia, but I think each track in that game is immaculately tied to the specific level. Galaxy and Galaxy 2 have the best soundtracks in all of gaming. Galaxy > Galaxy 2 > Sunshine > 64 > 3D World Odyssey > 3D Land > all NSMB games.
